The dealership got me in right away. Waiting lounge is very comfortable. Staff was friendly and made me feel like they appreciated my business. They made a short video of the tech. working on my car which was a nice touch. Overall, for just an oil change, it was a good experience. They did make a recommendation for future maintenance work to consider.
